Anybody know what happens to midshipman conduct records post graduation? Do you have to disclose minor level conduct offenses on grad school applications?

Conduct offenses at USNA and related adjudications and in-house punishments are all administrative in nature, even administrative involuntary separations for conduct or honor. Now, if you are talking UCMJ offenses, court-martial and punitive discharges, that’s different, and not administrative. A rough analogy would be a traffic ticket for minor speeding you pay a fine for or get points on your driving record vs a criminal-level motor vehicle infraction

Read the fine print on the grad school applications and look for guidance.

Thanks, that’s exactly what I need to know.

That’s my unofficial opinion. You can always call the USNA Registrar and ask what records are kept and ask about specific ones.

If you had minor conduct offenses, I wouldn’t worry. If you weren’t arrested and by NCIS or civilian LE, and charged under UCMJ or civilian criminal law, it’s all administrative.
