Hello, I'm kind of a newbie to all of this. Can somebody give me a list of what posts specialize in what branch? (ex. where do finance/engineer/infantry branch officers get on post night?) That would be extremely helpful for me and a research project I am doing!!!!

Perhaps you need to change your question. In general, there are training posts that specialize in a branch. Fort Benning for Infantry, Fort Huachuca for Military Intelligence, Fort Leonardwood for Militray Police, and so on. Typically, a brand new 2LT don't get assigned to a training unit. One could argue that Fort Hood specializes in Armor based on number of Armor units stationed there.

If you google the name of each post, you will find the website for that post and usually a Wikipedia entry also. These sources will list the units stationed there. Normally, all posts will have the same support branches that are necessary for functioning - Military Police, Finance, Adjutant General, etc. Other branches will vary like in LG's Ft Hood example.
