The White House has not released it yet, though POTUS has signed it. So I don't have the details yet. I would "suspect" that it will at least roll back to the Sec Def Ash carter policy, but I won't know, until I see the exact details. :wiggle:

How will DODMERB manage the 'physical alterations' elements for SAs? https://www.usna.edu/Admissions/_files/documents/MedicalAppendix1.pdf Will these (implants, etc. in the case of USNA) be waived for males transitioning to female? For females transitioning to male, will DODMERB be waiving drug dependencies/usage (male hormone therapy) during the SAs' application process? The NCAA carries different policies for trans males and females. Trans male athletes who aren’t taking testosterone related to gender transition may participate on a men’s or women’s team. However, trans female athletes who aren’t taking hormones related to gender transition may not participate on a men’s team.
 
1. DoDMERB does NOT waive; Service Academies and ROTC programs do. Google "DoDMERB;" Hit "Questions on the process;" Read paragraphs 11-21.
2. The NCAA has no bearing on DoD medical accessions. For applicants that do enter the Academies, this WILL be a questions that will have to be addressed, but I suspect is not the one on their front burner, given the other issue first priority.
3. All applicants will continue to be evaluated on a case-by case basis, Transgender or not.:wiggle:
