PPD test

Hi, I got my permit to report a few days ago and as part of the Immunization Record form I got the Tuberculin Skin Test(PPD) done. I just got the test read and it came back as a reaction of 10mm. My doctor said this is probably still a negative reaction but the academy will probably want to do some tests. I was wondering if there is anything I need to do, and also how the academy will handle this, and also if this could jeopardize my appointment. Thanks in advance for any help.
