Quick question, I've been trying to get the PPD test scheduled and done since it is the last I have to do in the PTR packet yet I fear that I won't be able to get it in by May 15, I heard that the PPD test can be done during the medical screening on I-Day, is that true?

It's a quick test, you receive either a scratch or a small injection under the skin & 72 hours later, a physician has see to sign off that there's no reaction observed at the site. A public health clinic should be able to do it.

Unless something has changed since last year, you need to have the test completed and results sent to USNA with the rest of your PPR by the due date. As Wishful said, you can get it done this week if you see the doctor today or tomorrow. It is a fairly common test. My son's pediatrician was able to administer it, and it took only a few minutes for each of the two office visits.

Get it done. It's kinda like an order; you don't want to be the one standing out on the first day.

If I recall, you have to have things postmarked by May 15th - it's not the due date. I would double check that to be sure.

If you're getting close to the due date, I would play it on the safe side and send it in a USPS express letter envelope for next-day delivery. You'll get delivery confirmation, so you can rest easy, knowing it got there in time.
