I did a practice cfa today witsh my coach. Basketball: 73 Pullups: 18-max Shuttle: 9.5 Pushups: 75-max Situps: 95-max run: 6:12 I didnt do a warmup today which was a bad idea bc my run was pretty slow bc my shoulders were tight from the upperbody. I would recomend an adequate warmup. I think my scores are alright. I just have to work on my throw and shuttle run a bit.
