I've been working on the Pre-Candidate Questionnaire, but whenever I try uploading a scanned copy of my SSN, it says "File Type Mismatched." Is anyone else having this problem?

Clear cache. Try different browsers, especially older ones.

Please make sure you are uploading it in PDF format. If you have a different file format, it will not accept it.

Won't accept it as a PDF sadly.

I tried using my phone, PC, two browsers, and clearing the cache, but unfortunately none of it worked.

Just got it working. Duplicating it somehow solved the problem.
