Just got a question about the PCQ since it came out today. In the instructions it says:
Do Not Submit Another PCQ if you’ve already
completed a USAF Academy PCQ for the class entering
in June, or if you’ve already completed a USAF
Academy Summer Seminar application for the 2011
program.

So if you've applied to the SS then you're good? Updates and stuff can still be done right?

Just wanted to make sure.

I am not completely sure, but I think if you sign in using your SSN and DOB most of your information will already be submitted from the Summer Seminar Application. So you don't have to submit a PCQ.

I tried doing it, and it led me to another "basic info" page where I had to put in the same stuff. Do I still fill it out again? Cause I can't get past that. I already put in my SSN and DOB so I don't think I can take it back. . .I didn't submit any info. I just went in to see how it looked, and then went "back".

Once again, it has been about a year since I was in your situation. I am pretty sure I did what matt123456 did. I think if you wait until around July 1 when the official application goes online then you wouldn't have to submit another PCQ.

You'll read this a lot on this forum: The best way to be sure is to call admissions. They still may be swamped with the Class of 2015, so it might be wise to wait until after March or so. Admissions will be able to give you the most accurate and current information for all of your admission-style questions. From my experience with admissions, they are very nice people who want to see you succeed. So don't be afraid to call every now and then with any significant questions you might have.

I did the same thing as Matt... with the exception of being accepted to SS...

Although the link to the PDF that said that was broken when I filled it out...

Go to academyadmissions.com and go to the bottom left and you'll find a link. Go there and open your pcq, you'll use this up until next year building your profile to achieve an appointment!
