Prep School Class Composition?

Does anyone have ballpark figures for the SA prep schools by percentage of recruited athletes, prior enlisted, and all else?

I can only speak for the USAFA Prep School Class of 2023. From the 219 Preppies that started, around 100 are recruited athletes, 25/30 prior enlisted, and the rest come directly from high school.

From the Gain Service Academy Admission podcast:

• ~240 get appointed to the individual prep schools, and ~200 go into each SA
  • ~20-30% of the 240 are recruited athletes
  • ~15-20% are prior enlisted
  • ~50% are just high school grads
• The 50%: typically those who are good leaders and good athletes but don’t have the grades or test scores. Or, candidates from a very competitive district where limited nominations can be given. Avg SAT to prep school is ~1150
  • 160 nomination slots are set aside for prep school students
  • Most are invited because of an academic deficiency
