I am a second year applicant that attended a foundation prep school last semester and will attend a junior college this semester (my prep school lasts for only one semester). My question is about the candidate portal where all of my completed forms are displayed along with the dates USNA received them. All of my forms are marked as received except for my college transcript which still reads "not received." I am wondering if they are talking about my prep school transcript or my second semester junior college transcript or perhaps both? I know my question is pretty specific and probably doesn't apply to most of the candidates in this forum but any answer would be appreciated.

It is always best to ask your RD

For any questions about your CIS (candidate portal) page it is always best to ask your Regional Director (RD). They are a resource that was designed primarily to help you through this process. You can contact them via telephone or at worst via email. Your RD's contact info is at the bottom of the CIS page.

There will always be someone there to help you if you call! :thumb:

I agree that it is best to contact your RD about this specific question. As a general rule, for candidates post h.s., USNA wants your first semester grades (at college, prep school, etc.) and won't make an appointment decision until they are in. They do not obviously wait for grades from the spring semester to make a decision.
