Prep School Notifications

My DS is committed to attending a prep school and reapplying next year. He has been told he has a strong possibility of either AFA Prep, or Falcon Foundation sponsorship, but will go as self-prep if that doesn't work out. How do these notifications go out? Mail, email, portal update? Thank you!

DD got portal update on Tuesday. Received Fed Ex a few minutes ago. USMMA sent the Fed Ex with all the information. She will be attending NMMI.

USAFA (Prep) told DD to watch for a letter in her portal (I'm sure an email will pop up before) and if Councilor knew in enough time she would call her.
