I was just curious about the amount of people that the USMMA will sponsor, and send to prep school each year? My understanding is that the USCGA is consistent with between 60 and 70 people per year. Thanks

I have never seen those figures for USMMA, but my educated guess would be that it is fewer than USCGA. Most USMMA prepsters attend NMMI.

Thanks. I agree it must be fewer. CGA really promotes their scholars program and there is quite a bit of information out there on it. I really haven’t seen or heard of anything regarding USMMA prep school, other than NMMI is where they send them.

They also have prepsters at MMI.
From the MMI website, assuming you mean MMI Preparatory School, it appears as though that resource covers grades 6 through 12. The New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) is a public military junior college in Roswell, New Mexico and thus likely covers a totally differing selection of preparatory coursework. .

MMI has a similar program for candidates for the service academies. It is strong on math and sciences. A 2.5 GPA is necessary
to reapply for a nomination to USMMA
