Previously approved for AFA - how to notify AFROTC.

Hello - Mr. Mullen responded to me in an earlier post that if my son just passed the DoDMERB for AFA that he would not be required to retest for AFROTC scholarship. (THANK YOU VERY MUCH)

Recently he was notified that he was not choosen for 2013 to the Academy.
Question is how do you submit to AFROTC that he is qualifed, do we submit the previous letter from DoDMERB that we received for AFA or is this sent between the two parties DoDMERB and ROTC?

Went through the MOUNDS of paperwork we have amassed during the application processes and found a DoDMERB paper stating approval for both Academy and AFROTC.

You gentlemen run a wonderful board with precision......Should run for elected offices! Thanks again all much apprecition from this family.
