I received notification today that I am my congresswoman's principal nominee to USMA. I have already received a triple Q letter, so does this mean that I'm in?

Our MOC does not award principle nominations. Our son was found triple qualified on 03 December, applied and received a competitive nomination from our MOC.

No word yet - either good or bad.

Should he contact the admin. office or his liason officer, or just sit tight? He'll be submitting his 7th semester transcripts as soon as they are received.

I would sit tight -- you won't know whether or not your son will count against your MOC until everyone s/he nominated completes their applications. At that point, the #1 qualified candidate will receive the appointment, and everyone else will be placed on the national waiting list. Good luck! :]
