Principal Nominee

Hello, I was designated as the Principal Nominee for my Congressional district, yesterday I received my 2Q, and needed my medical waiver, and not too long thereafter I received my medical waiver. Is there any reason that I would not be admitted? Or how exactly does this work since I now know I qualify in all 3 areas?
