Problem with results letter

On the letter with the results of my medical exam it says US Air Force Academy on everything. It says USAFA on the envelope and on an administrative remedial form attatched. I applied to the Naval Academy. How do I go about fixing this so the Naval Academy gets my results and not Air Force. Can a simple phone call fix the problem or is this a big issue?

DODMERB is based out of the Air Force Academy which is probably why their name is all over it. You can always call them to make sure though.

Have you checked your DoDMERB portal? Prior to my DS receiving letter his portal showed which academy results were sent to.
