Problem with USMA uploads to DODMETS

Just wanted to let everyone know what I found out today. DS' portal changed to "scheduler forwarded to DODMERB" on 9/2. So we went to www.dodmets.com and tried to log in. After trying many times, we called today and the woman we got explained that there is currently an issue with DoD having trouble with their uploads to them, so there are many "kids" (that was her terminology) who have not been uploaded to their system because of this glitch and they cannot move forward until they are. I was told to keep trying and that they hopefully will have this fixed by Wednesday.

The gal I spoke with was very nice, but very frazzled. She said this is their busiest time of the year and it wasn't a good time for this sort of problem. So, we will keep trying and if DS can't log in by Wednesday, we will be making another phone call just to check on things.

Thank you for this update. We were trying to be patient, but ready to contact them as well. Hope it's fixed soon.

FYI to anyone in the holding pattern along with us, we called DODMETS today and was told to call Susan Grossarth at USMA. I did so and the answer was that names that are stuck due to this problem will upload on Friday.
