So last week I got a notice I needed to schedule a remidial examination to take my pulse before and after running. I called the number I was given and no one answered so I left a message. The next day I was informed my dodmets website was updated so I could schedule my exam. I call the office listed as my provider on the dodmets website and set up an appointment for next tuesday, which was today. I reported the exam as scheduled. Today I went to the urgent care I was told to go to, but was told by an employee that their facility could not administer the test. I told them I was given their adress and scheduled my exam a week in advance and was told they could complete my remidial. They then went and checked with their manager who tried calling Concord and told me that they could not administer the remidial. I tried calling the civ team and Concord hoping to sort this problem out, but no one answered. I left some messages asking them what I should do next. I dont know what do. I do not have anyones email and cannot actually talk to someone without getting sent to voice mail.
