Process error?

Hello everyone,

I feel like I am stuck in a peculiar spot because no one seems to have dealt with this type of problem before.

The issue concerns only one page document, a topography of my eyes, that the waiver authority requested in color. I submitted it on 11MAY2020. According to my DODMERB technician, all documents forwarded by them to the waiver authority are automatically converted to black and white through the standard program. He submitted it on the next day, 12MAY2020, in color through another channel. The waiver authority never confirmed the receipt. For the past month and a half I'm seeing "Awaiting receipt of remedial" when I log into DODMERB.

I've contacted multiple people including my ROO, ROTC program assistant and RMID/HR Assistant at US Army Cadet Command but I haven't made any progress and I was mostly ignored. The only person that actually tried to help me was my DODMERB technician but after a few weeks of struggle we ran out of options. Is there anyone else that I could contact to get the process moving again? I still have a copy of that document on my computer. It would be extremely disappointing to be deferred by a whole year because of a system error.

I would at least like to find out what is going on, where I stand and if this is a regular delay or a system error.
