What would a pipeline look like to become a Psyops officer after graduating? Do you need to branch infantry initially?

I’m holding my advice because I retired 4 years ago. Things may have change. Talk to an Operations Officer (buy lunch ) for current updates-requirements. Also each major Army Installation have a Special Operations Recruiting team. Talk to them.
I can tell you that if you stay long enough in the service, 10th year mark, one can qualify for CA, PSYOPS, Ranger, and Special Forces (SF).

Time out OP.

Officers can go to SFAS as a 1 Lt (p). CA, Psyops, have separate selections. Ranger qualified and Ranger are two different things--Tab vs. Scroll.

Google Army Civil Affairs, Army Psyops, Army Ranger, Army Special Fiorces. It's all there.
