"PTR PACKET" & "SPONSOR PROGRAM" sections added to USNA Portal

I can't seemed to find "Mantoux Tuberculin Skin Test (PPD) form" is there an actual form in the PTR packet?
Do you have the color card stock immunization record form in the PTR package? It is on it.

Did you miss dinner? I was looking for YOU!

Most companies do not allow watches for Plebe Summer. Other's only allow the squad leader to wear them.Every Plebe will get a shot at this during the summer and don't worry... They will all get 'fired' from it. Bring the watch and be prepared to leave it in their bag or drawer. Flashlights.... As a detailer is confiscated 1-2 per a night. They need sleep not half asleep rate memorization. Honestly a Plebe could show up with nothing on I Day and be fine.

The Oath of Office ceremony is short. Plebes walk out, Detailers walk out, boring short speech... plebes tske the oath (Plebes have already been briefed on this from the company officer and signed documents) and then Detailers take their oath. If you see some Plebes not taking the oath it usually means they are international Mids or they freaked out. Detailers will grab the latter ones pretty quickly for some follow on discussions. Plebes are freed for 30 minutes, they line up, March back in, doors slam for dramatic effect. Blue Angels do not fly over. Usually a few F/A-18s do, weather permitting. Also it is crowded after the ceremony. I would pick out a tree or moment to meet your Plebe at. Talk about it the day before when you walk around. Be so much easier than 100s of others at a letter.

Quite frankly, a few F/A-18s is all everyone needs for this

I thought that read as a bit odd, based on BA Team's performance schedule.

boring short speech...
Respectfully disagree, Hoops. For most of the plebes, they prob sit there and wonder what they have got themselves into since that morning. For the parents and the families in attendance, this maybe the first time being at a military ceremony. They should pay attention to the words spoken by the Dant and the Supe.

Thank you for responding;) so the thick immunization record sheet/form is also the TB skin form? Oh goodness that's a relief...poor hubby got blamed all day, thought he threw it out:(

So no dental forms in the PTR packet (besides the orthodontist) ? With all the talk about cavities & wisdom teeth on prior threads just surprised no dental forms?

:D
Would you like to see the picture of my dinner as well?

More than welcome to disagree, its all opinion. Trust me, very few of the of Plebes will remember or absorb any of it. Its why they re-take the oath Parent's Weekend as they have gained a better appreciation for what their future holds. And yes, they sit there in complete shock and most just have the 1000 mile stare. Some might not like my view... Sure its great for families to hear it all and be a part of it, but in the end its the Plebe who takes the oath and is making the commitment.

I think the proud parents and some younger siblings will be inspired by the short but powerful speeches.

The PTR references the need for one copy of the NHCA Immunization General Consent. I don't see it in the packet. Am I missing it? Is there somewhere online to access it.

Sorry. Just seeing it. Appears the form title is not at the top of the page, and I missed it the first time.
