PTR Packet

If I have yet to mail my official birth certificate or submit my background check to the local police department, will I still recieve the PTR packet?

I plan on doing both of these tomorrow..

Seems like an unnecessary question.... Did they give you a deadline to complete it by?

Agree with Hopeful above, if they asked you to do both, then you should do both. IF doing both were a condition to receive the PTR packet, then not having done them means no packet.
IF not a condition to receive the PTR packet, then you will probably receive it and then they will start asking for the other information. I'd get it done yesterday.
