Qualified but how do you update for ROTC?

My son is medically qualified under Dodmerb and it lists USAFA and USMA under the "qualified" notification when he logs in but he has also applied for Army and Air Force ROTC scholarships. Do they automatically know he is qualified or how do we proceed to be sure they know he is qualified since they are not listed on the Dodmerb page? Thank you.

My understanding is ROTC doesn't show up on the DoDMERB page until you are offered a scholarship.
 
DoDMERB doesn't receive the applicant's data until offered scholarship. Cut and paste your posting; provide son's complete name and last 4 SSN; and send to me at Larry.Mullen@dodmebr.tma.osd.mil. I can assist U better from there:thumb:
