Qualified for One....qualified for all?

Hello all,

Today, since winning my NROTC scholarship, my DODMERB page updated with " Application added."

If I am already qualified for Army ROTC is it pretty much automatic to be qualified for both? I'm not color blind and my vision is correctable to 20/20.

If you had no DQ's than you are good to go. For example, color vision issues, would still be a DQ by DoDMERB stds, but AROTC would be more likely to waive than NROTC.

DODMERB DQ's, branches waive. Hence, no DQ's and you should be good to go, because it is all about meeting standards. Any DQ, than it would go through the NROTC waiver process, just like it went through the AROTC process.
