Hey guys. I have always been interested in USNA and I have talked to several people about my application and it's competitiveness, but I have recently started looking into West Point. I am going to list my resume/accomplishments/ECs/etc... How am I doing so far? What would you recommend? Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Academics:
1. 3.6-3.8 GPA (unweighted, honors courses at the math, science, english, and language levels) [grades during freshman year were a little low because I was out of school for two months with mono]
2. SATS: Writing; 750 Reading; 720 Math; 680
3. I am taking AP US History, and will take the APLAC exam as well. Next year I plan on taking AP Bio, AP Euro, and AP Ecnomics.
4. Top 20% of my class, 250 in my class
5. I attend a rigorous boarding school; we are on a block schedule so maintaining a high GPA is hard as only 3-5 classes are taken at a time.

Sports:
1. One year of basketball and tennis (did not continue due to health problems)
2. Crew (rowing), won a state championship with my boat
3. Fencing
4. Marksmanship (shooting)
5. I work out after practice every day; lifting and running

EC's:
1. Communications Chair for LCA (school club helping out organizations in Africa)
2. Volunteer at a service center during the summer (16-20 hours a week)
3. Peer tutoring in Humanities, Latin, and Chemistry
4. Three years of guitar
5. 11 years of piano
6. Photography,
7. Painting (won a local art show with one of my drawings)

Female (?), high test scores, mammoth (?-lol)...You are in! good luck!
