Hello, my candidate file was qualified and I was placed on the NWL today, I understand this has been happening for quite some while, and this is somewhat late to be receiving a qualification letter. Is this a bad sign? To give background, I am a college student with my ROTC unit's nomination and my local representative's nomination.
