My eyesight has been deteriorating recently, and my correctable vision is now 20/20, but my normal vision is less than 20/200.
I want a become Pilot/Navigator. Is my vision still a correctable with PRK Surgery?
If It isn't, there's no chance to become Pilot/Navigator?

You should see a eye doctor if your eyesight is changing like that. They will be able to tell you if your condition is correctable. Make sure you go back and read the threads on this board regarding PRK, and if you are eligible make sure you get it done so that you can still be medically qualified.

Ask your eye doctor.

If It isn't, there's no chance to become Pilot/Navigator?
LASIK is also approved. Plenty of Pilots and CSOs fly with glasses.

Go talk to your eye doctor and keep things above board with your cadre if there are any major medical procedures/changes.

What is your eye glasses prescription?

I can't tell you right now. I'll tell you when I can.
