question about code on dodmerb status page

on my dodmerb status page, i see this:

i'm wondering about these 2 lines of this:

does the R263.0 mean take for a 3rd time another urinalysis? :eek: and if so, why does it say under my current medical status "Qualified Unrestricted Line"? and if i have to take another urinalysis, how can i find out what's wrong with me? no one ever explained and the results of my 2nd urinalysis were never shown to me since i went to the lab and i guess they sent it directly to dodmerb.
 
The DD 2368 is the medically qualified letter. You do not have to repeat a urinalysis. The code is there so DoDMERB and the applicants know which remedial code was cleared to provide that status.

So congratulations, you have made it through the DoDMERB process!

Remedial of Remedial?

Sent this to RetNavyHM; but thought others may have answers as well. Thanks in advance....

My son responded to a waiver concerning a cyst he had as a 10 month old baby. Procedure was simply preventative to remove any risk of infection spreading. Everythink came back good, to include test for cancer. Has never been back to hospital. Wasn't a big deal. DoDMERB site carries following info:

09-SEP-08 Date exam reviewed
10-SEP-08 Date letter sent - Remedial R251.13
09-APR-09 Date letter sent - DD2368: Status Letter

Current Medical Status: Remedial Requested (as of 09-APR-09)

Does the DD2368 indicate a qualification letter? Not likely, with Current Medical Status line reading: "Remedial Requested (as of 09-APR-09 )." Why ask for a remedial of a remedial-or am I reading it wrong? They have all the paperwork that exists. There's nothing left to review...is there?
