Question About Flight Contracts-NROTC

I have a few questions about flight contracts with NROTC. I don't know much about them (just the basics), so could someone explain it more clearly? Secondly, is it possible to get one from NROTC and if so,how and what are the qualifications? Thank you very much!

all flight contracts for Navy are for 8 years following winging. So this basically obligates you to 10 years of service. Yes it is possible to get an aviation slot out of ROTC.

Basic requirements include passing the medical portion and doing well in school.
