Question about medical waiver

I was given a "Does not meet medical standards" for

D111.10 History of atopic dermatitis or eczema after 12th birthday.

I am currently in the Army (Active Duty) trying to apply for USMA. I was told by my admission officer that as long as I receive the medical waiver for this condition I should be good to go (Admission officer told me that he would put in the waiver request on my behalf). Also, I received a medical waiver for eczema from MEPS prior to joining the Army. I have also served for 2 years and I haven't had a problem with eczema. Eczema does not limit me from doing my job, receiving military training, going to FTX, and etc. How likely is it that I will receive a waiver for my medical condition?? Thank you!!

I would also like to know this. I originally thought I was gping to get DQ for shellfish but now it looks like eczema could be my issue and thats an automatic DQ. How do waivers work?
