Question about "nominations" section in portal

I apologize if I missed a previous similar question, I could not find a precise answer through search. My son's application portal has a duplicated nomination from a single MOC. The second nomination line was added some weeks after the first (we do not know when). They are identical, labeled state/district.

Anyone else see two lines from same MOC?
 
Hello, I saw an answer somewhere here(not sure if its correct) and it said that if you two nominations from the same source, its because this year, that MOC has two slots for appointment instead of just one.
