Question about remedial

Hello, I just received an update on my DODMERB portal that states there has been a remedial requested because "missing evaluation(s) applicant noted flat feet on exam, need proivders comment with severity and pain level". I received orthotics for flat feet over seven years ago and have since then been very active (varsity cross country, varsity soccer) with absolutely no pain for a couple of years now, and stated this during my physical.

I received a 4 year ROTC scholarship and am applying to USMA, will this remedial process hurt my chances of an appointment due to the amount of time it takes to get it fixed? I know the application is due around February and I have everything else completed, so if this is not completed by then (we all know how long this can take) will they not review my file?

Thank you

What do you mean by " fixed"?
Was the remedial administrative (no Doctor visit required)?
Sounds like they may want a letter from the Doctor that treated you.
If that is the case ask for the letter to include the statement "Cleared for full and unrestricted activities."
That might save you an additional remedial.
They may clear the issue and qualifiy you. They have a two week backlog now according to the website.
If they DQ you it should happen quick, again backlog could slow that down.
The two waiver authorities, USMA and ROTC may request different information.
ROTC waivers (which are automaticly initiated) can take a LONG time.
USMA will initiate the waiver if you are otherwise a viable candidate. I have no experience with their process.
