Question about the nomination - in the portal

My son noticed something that he is unsure about in his portal.

The spot on his portal that shows his congressional nomination, shows the nomination from his congressman twice. The same date and the same congressman is listed. Why would it be listed twice?

MOC used two of their five vacancies this year and your DS was on both slates.
