Question re: 2016 Class Motto

Hello all! I have a question to clarify the 2016 class motto. I've read here and other sites that the motto is "On Target, On Time". My DH, a retired 18 yr fighter pilot, insists the proper phrase has always been, "On Time, On Target". Can someone confirm for me?

Yes Ma'am. The motto's "On Target, On Time." We were told it was from an operational squadron, but the exact details escape me at the time.

Yes, we were told by General Lengyel during one of our briefings that the original motto was "On time, on target" belonging to one of his squadrons, which was switched around to become "On target, on time".
