Question regarding MOC

Hello.
I have a question regarding a MOC who abruptly resigned his seat today:eek:
This MOC gave my DS a nomination to attend the AFA. How will this now affect DS's Nomination? DS is at swimming practice and I plan to have him phone his admissions counselor when he gets home. Thanks for your help.

As far as I understand when nominations are sent in they are more for the seat the the specific congressman, the the new congressman will have your son charged against his and also all the people the MOC has at the service academies will be charged again his as well

But I am not sure, calling admissions people is always a good idea
 
It will not affect any of the nominee's at all.

Funny story, the EXACT same thing happened to me two days ago except for Navy! But like the people above said, your nom is unaffected. :thumb:

I agree! When DS and I were watching the news later yesterday evening( after his swim practice) we were shocked.

Gee, maybe folks should keep their pictures in albums like the good ol' days:shake:
