Do I need to inform dodmerb of every doctors appointment? Even for like a routine check up or cold? Will it be reported to them automatically by the doctors office? I am already qualified

You really only need to inform them of applicable changes to your medical status. A head cold in February is not going to affect showing up for beast in June. A sprained ankle might. Use your judgement.
