Can I expect a decision soon if my transcript is reviewed a second time? It was just reviewed again recently.

You might hear tomorrow, you might hear in April. Yes, a lot of candidates hear over the next several weeks, but many don’t. There’s no real correlation between when your package is reviewed/updated and when you hear. It’s a big jigsaw puzzle with a lot of moving parts.
