How do I look so far?

Here's where I'm at,

Sophomore male

Academics:
-3.55 uw GPA out of 4.0
-3.8 w GPA out of 5.0
-mostly AP and honors
(Trying to get this up)

Athletics:
-Football, planning on 3 years of varsity
-Baseball, planning on 3 years of varsity
(Hopeful captain junior and senior year)

Clubs/EC
-Eagle Scout, SPL/troop guide
-Boy Scout camp counselor over summer
-black belt in Wado
-NHS (running for president)
-Spanish National Honor Society

Athletics are looking strong, but keep working hard on those grades and get the highest gpa as you can.

What are your test scores? I recommend taking it early and as many times as possible to get the highest score you can post.

Looks like you already know you should be working on improving your academic statistics.
Between your junior and senior year of high school attend Boys State. It will give you a big boost in your leadership score. Since you are a sophomore it will give you plenty of time to investigate how to apply and get nominated for boys state in your area.

As of right now my main focus is academics. I'm studying hard for my classes trying to get my uw GPA to at least a 3.7. Within the next month or so I will start studying my butt if for the ACT; aiming for a 32 at least. I will keep in mind boys state after my junior year, but I have been told that Eagle Scouts, captains and presidents all exemplify leadership. Any other thoughts? Thanks:)

You may want to check and see if there is a Civil Air Patrol or Sea Cadet Unit near you. These are great ways to show leadership and will give you an introduction into the military.

The reason I bring up boys state is because it gives a large bump to your leadership score and it only take 1 week in the summer. Yes, Eagle Scout and your other activities are great, but add boys state just because it is easy and carries the same weight as those other activities.
