Hello forum, do my teachers have to upload the navy recommendation letter, or do they give it to me for me to mail? Thanks.

Your teacher submits input via a webpage that is sent to them through email. Are you an official candidate?

I am. I just need to check up on my teachers to make sure they got everything. I can't be sure right now whether they got the trigger in their email. I triggered this all the way back in July, and they still haven't completed it. Kind of frustrating. But it's ok. I have everything else done, so they are the last thing keeping me from submitting.

Have them check through their spam mail as well.

I had the same issue with one of my teachers not completing it. I had my application done with the exception of the one letter by July 1, so I was frustrated too. I reminded her about it and she had it done the next day. I would follow up with the teacher and ask if they received the link.

My son's application is complete except for his recommendation letter. He just heard back from his English teacher (for the Marine Navy ROTC) and he never received the link. Who does my son contact to fix that?

If, after checking the SPAM folder, the teacher has still not received the email, then have your son contact his Admissions Counselor.

I recommend following up with your teacher and also checking the USNA portal to make sure it has been received and processed. You would think this would be the easiest part of the application process, but it ended up taking longer than the nomination! Stay on top of this process and don't hesitate to reach out to your teachers or USNA.

Ours was the transcript..Had to be sent twice..Anything you send snail mail, do so in a Priority Envelope...2 day with tracking..No problems for anything sent that way. We just delivered prepaid addressed Priority Envelopes to School for Official Transcripts and such..
