My Dd is in rotc and going to Annapolis on Iday as candidate for class of 2021... what is the process of leaving Rotc if he is on non- scholarship ... does he just DOR? Thanks for input !!

If he isn't scholarship I don't think there's much to do aside from giving the unit a heads up. Tell him to ask her COC and whoever handles admin. They are going to have the best info.
