Quick Waiver Question

I was medically disqualified about 2 months ago and I’ve just “finished” my application a couple days ago. (I still need ALO interveiw and Congressmen nom). I was curious at what point of the application does USAFA notify you that a waiver procces will begin on your behalf. (Or even if they will prsue a waiver)
I assume it’s different for everyone, however is there some sort of general timing that I don’t know about.

Anything helps, thanks.
