Random CIET Questions

We were not able to go to family day or graduation. He said he did not want us to go... says he definitely wants us at CLC graduation. After CIET, DS says he loves the Army. He feels blessed to have the opportunity to get the training. He loves the organization, the structure, the discipline and especially the people. Nice to hear! :tank1:

We had not planned on going to CLC's Family Day and Graduation (son also told us it wasn't important to him), but since he's leaving for CTLT immediately following graduation, he wanted us to bring him some additional clothes. We found a great deal on a hotel in Louisville (a bit of a drive, but the down time will be better there than Knox lol). I'm assuming the dress for Family Day is more casual than for Graduation. Anyone have experience?

Yes. For family day we were casual. I just had a t shirt and shorts on. Now I probably could of worn a light polo shirt since it seemed half the group of men wore this, but it was not a big deal. For graduation we were outside and we did dress up, but since it was so hot I should of just worn nice shorts and a polo/casual lightweight button collar shirt. Vast majority of women wore sun dresses, but I would suggest some comfy shoes. Yes there are sidewalks bit if you are outside you more than likely will walk through the grass, and it seems as if Ft. Knox receives rain every day if not every other day.
