Re-applying

I never finished my application for the Naval Academy this year. The reason being is that I started way too late in the process and I missed the deadlines for a nomination. Now if I want to apply this summer, would I be re-applying? I had sent everything in, except my interview and fitness test.

Yes. They might have some of your paperwork, maybe it would carry over, though I kind of doubt that.
 
The DoDMERB exam is good for two years. Everything else will need to be done over again.
