Re-Districting: Where do you apply for a Nom?

The following notice was posted to BGOs today:

"ALCON, We've had a few questions recently about Congressional redistricting and how this will effect candidate nominations. The Nominations and Appointments Office has asked that we relay the following message: "Candidates should seek nominations from their current Representative, pre-redistricting. Congressional offices should nominate students who currently reside in their districts, even if those students will no longer reside in their districts after redistricting." If you get any questions from a Congressional Office or if you would like more specific guidance, please reach out to the Nominations and Appointments at: nomapps@usna.edu!"

This is exactly what my son did four years ago. I can promise to anyone reading this thread that this is correct information!
