Do we have to pay to send standardized test scores again if we don’t plan to retake them? Or will they just pull them into the new application

I would think that the SAT/ACT carries over in the Candidate file …. We were told, since daughter is going NAPS this year, that her SAT would carry over in the process, and a lot of other stuff too for the 2024 application. Her SATs are in fine shape too …. She only needs to re-Do her Nominations and update her Classes taken at NAPS. Maybe some other small stuff.
.
I would think reapplicants would need to submit College transcripts, ECA updates, Essay(s) at a minimum.

I strongly recommend that you follow the guidance on the Admissions website and application. If in doubt , contact Admissions directly. Things that apply for NAPS may not necessarily apply to college reapplicants, and vice versa. Don't assume anything.

DS was college reapplicant this cycle (class of 2023) and NOTHING carried over from his prior application. We had to resend HS transcript as well as ACT, and then also send college transcripts. Also, be sure to contact DoDMERB. Medical qualifications are good for 2 years BUT you have to fill out a form saying that your medical condition is unchanged. We had to inquire about medical status before the form request was generated. Best of luck!

I reapplied this past year, and reapplying for 2024, and I emailed my regional advisor and was able to get my scores pulled over to new application. However, I still recommend retesting as there is always something you can improve on. I was able to bring my SAT up 10 to get to 1400 and I am trying to get a better score for ‘24 as well.
