Reapplying after DQ

I currently have a DQ due to myopia, but I'm still waiting for any word about a waiver (or lack of). If my waiver does get denied, can I reapply to SAs next year? Searching these forums, it seems like this is a case-by-case scenario like most DoDMERB stuff—any insight would be much appreciated.

Yes.
I've known "many" applicants that have successfully reapplied once, twice, and even three times.
