Never too late. Just redress the problems, and do it ALL right this time. An "I give up" attitude is usually worn on the sleeve and if your ALO doesn't see it, the nominating committee certainly will.

Take charge of your life! Do your best! In the words of the class of 12:
Never falter! Never Fail.

Wow. This is ironic. You have basically the same username as me (but mine's with an underscore), and I'm in a very similar situation. I have created a different thread, since my situation is a tad bit different, I hope that is okay with this forum, but this thread has helped me out a lot too.

Hey yall,
I'm in college now at UGA and I was wondering if someone could reevaluate my potential.

Currently I'm Air Force ROTC, I did pretty well on our first PFA- scored 97
50 pushups/m 48 situps/m and an 8:32 mile and a half
I also took the AFOQT(Air Force officer qualifying test)

I have a part time job working as an intramural sports ref

I'm in a philanthropy organization on campus called UGA Heros helping raise money for kids with HIV/AIDS

I'm taking 17 hours of rigorous courses minus the ROTC
Air Force class and Air Force Lab
Calculus
Chemistry and chemistry lab
Chinese
English

So far I've been making high B's on tests for the most part and some A's, and I also took the ACT which I've never taken before to try and improve my standardized tests, only got a 25 on it though

I had my interview with my ALO a couple months ago and some words that he said that really stuck were "I think things will be different for you this year"
