So I went in for my interview about two weeks ago and just received a letter stating I have received one of two spots of 200 applicants!! This was a bit of a shock to me as it was my first interview for anything ever.. and I didn't get the impression that it went that well.
I did get a question which I had never read about online, though (I'm sure it's out there somewhere), but I was tripped up slightly by it: They asked me "What is the message you want us to get from your essay?" I asked them to clarify to give me time to think and they said "What's the point of it".. anyway, this tripped me up because I had submitted the application and essay over two months ago and didn't have a copy of it so I could hardly remember what I wrote.
Hopefully that helps someone going into their interview be more prepared in the event they ask that question.. Maybe it could have been to see if I wrote it? I'm not THAT strong of a writer, so... not sure.
