Received an email stating my application is going to be reviewed soon

Hello! I applied regular decision for USCGA and submitted my application almost a month ago and I just received an email today stating that my application is going to be reviewed soon. Some of my friends from AIM who got differed from EA and moved to RD have yet to receive this email, which is making me wonder whether being reviewed early is a good or bad sign. Thank you for your help!
 
I can't guarantee, so don't consider this confirmation, but early review is typically a positive. It likely means that your application will be reviewed at the next boards.
