received domerb papers but no change in status

My son applied for an ROTc scholarship - March board. He received domerb paperwork in the mail requesting he get medical exams before the board met. Any idea if that is a good sign??? status still says arrange interview...

Typically that is good news. My son had the same situation, the web site lagged about 2 weeks. He got his Nrotc offer in the mail before the website changed. Same thing with dodmerb
